Bobcats Softball freshman Samantha Finn of West Frankfort, Illinois received national recognition this week from the National Junior College Athletics Association.
Her consistency at the plate earned her honors as the NJCAA Division I Softball Player of the Week for Week 13 of April 17-23. Samantha had a batting average for the week of .727 with four homeruns, one double, and 13 RBIs.
Samantha has already resigned to play for the Bobcats next year for the 2017-2018 season.
